MAIN CONTRACTORS & DEVELOPERS
Main Contractors & Developers often reach out when they have an immediate requirement for a QS to support their existing commercial or estimating team or when a specific event has arisen requiring a dedicated resource. CDS can engage with you full time or part time to undertake any project QS / Senior QS level commercial management. This typically includes administration of existing main & sub-contracts, supply chain procurement and Bills of Quantities Preparation

Constants come in all different guises, from PQS firms to Project Managers to Loss Adjusters. Estimating
BUDGET ESTIMATES
Small builders, subcontractors, and homeowners frequently request quick project estimates. These estimates rely on a thorough analysis of gross floor area (GFA), historical data, industry experience, and practical judgment. They provide a broad overview to assess project feasibility. However, it's not recommended for contractors to commit to contracts solely based on these budget estimates.
FULL BILLS OF QUANTITIES
Small builders and subcontractors often ask for a detailed breakdown of work schedules categorised by trade. We provide comprehensive Bills of Quantities segmented by trades, enabling you to either share them with your subcontractors and suppliers or utilise them to create detailed price submission
BUILDER QUANTS
This is as detailed as it gets. You will be provided with a fully detailed price inclusive of all labour, material, plant and subcontract costs. It will also show forecast profit margins and business expenses required to deliver the works.
